If columns do not line up when you look at the roster,
then your .txt file font is not set to Courier New.
To set the font to Courier New, do the following:

For Netscape, look under Edit, then Preferences, then
Appearance, then Fonts, then Fixed Width Fonts, then
select the Courier New font and OK to close the window.

For Explorer, look under View or Tools for Internet Options,
then Fonts, then Fixed Width Fonts or Plain Text Fonts,
then select Courier New font and OK to close the window.
